Do I need a GP referral to see a physiotherapist at The Treatment Table?
No. You do not need a GP referral to book with us. You can book an appointment online or call 0151 559 1107, and we will help you choose the right service. Your first visit is a physiotherapy assessment, where we find out what is causing your symptoms and agree a treatment plan with you.
How much does a physiotherapy assessment cost?
A physiotherapy assessment costs £45. It covers a discussion of your symptoms and history, a physical examination and a treatment plan. Follow-up prices are explained before you book, so you know what to expect. Other services have their own prices, for example sports massage from £35 and shockwave therapy at £45.
Where are your physiotherapy clinics in Liverpool?
We have two clinics. In North Liverpool we are at Fitness Connection, 83 Seaforth Road, Seaforth, L21 3TY. In South Liverpool we are at Business First Centre, Goodlass Road, Speke, L24 9HJ. You can choose whichever is closer to home or work when you book.
Are your physiotherapists qualified and registered?
Yes. All of our physiotherapists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). The clinic is led by Clinical Director Jamie Fullerton, an HCPC registered physiotherapist and independent prescriber. Where injections are offered, they are given under live ultrasound guidance after an assessment by a qualified prescriber.
What services do you offer besides physiotherapy?
Alongside physiotherapy we offer sports massage, shockwave therapy, acupuncture and diagnostic ultrasound scans. We also provide athlete testing such as VO2 max, lactate and gait analysis, rehabilitation programmes, and clinician administered injections and vitamin boosters.
